1. No hacking/cheating/exploits using mods/texture packs and/or other resources.
2. Respect players and staff at all times.
   1. Harassment, slander, abusive treatment, and/or scamming players are not tolerated.
   2. Be aware of how others around you are feeling and reacting, if asked to stop, you need to stop.
3. Be respectful of all staff decisions. Disagreeing is okay but rudeness and harassment is not.
   1. Tagging staff is okay when in cases of emergency (Ex: server crashed), please only tag staff once.
4. Alt accounts are allowed but alts are not allowed to be used to break/bypass rules/punishment - bypassing rules/punishment will result in main AND alt account being permanently banned.
5. World border issues within 10 blocks of the world border will be ignored. Players experiencing issues with the world border will left to their own devices.
6. No scamming allowed, especially in shops.
7. Fishing machines are allowed as long as players still have to manually fish and not go AFK or use it to bypass AFK. Anything that bypasses AFK kick is also not allowed.
8. Abusing any server command (ex: /report) is a punishable offense.
9. Malicious offer, suggestions, or passive aggressiveness that does not offer the betterment of the community, however, is not welcomed nor is it okay. You will be removed from the community.
10. It is the players' rights to appeal after a punishment (example - Muted, Kicked, or Banned). During the appeal, players must be patient and courteous. Engaging in abusive or derisive behavior will result in your appeal being immediately denied without review.

1. No spamming.
   1. In-game: repetition of same and/or similar messages.
   2. Discord: hopping from channel to channel in quick succession.
   3. Discord: Spamming your microphone/soundboard with loud obnoxious/annoying sounds
2. Be respectful to everyone. No discrimination or hate speech of any kind. This includes racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, ethnic slurs, bigotry, hate speech, and derogatory term that is offensive and/or hurtful to others.
   1. This includes but not limited to offensive/inappropriate skins.
3. Spam and/or advertising of servers or commercial offers is not allowed.
4. No links to adult or revolting content.
5. Continuing to make/speak malicious offer and or/like the sort is considered abuse and those involved will be punished.

1. No laggy redstone devices and/or overpopulated farms.
2. 0-tick piston based farms that speed up crop growth are not allowed.
3. Clocks that constantly run and too many lighting updates are not allowed. Farms or farm complexes that cause lag are not allowed.
4. Mobs and entities need to remain under 400 per loaded area or 60 per chunk.
5. Tile entities need to remain under 1,500 per loaded area or 70 per chunk.
6. TP killing/trapping and/or bypassing PVP protection is not allowed.
7. Raiding is allowed. So claim your stuff!
   1. While raiding is allowed, keep in mind that there is a difference between raiding and griefing. Remember to respect others and their properties!

1. Be careful who you trust within your claim and/or with trading/sales. Staff is not responsible for any altercations or incidents that may occur.
2. Claiming ignorance for reason of not knowing the rules will not be tolerated.
3. Staff are all volunteers! We welcome all suggestions and criticism. Criticism must be constructive and respectfully phrased or be considered abuse.
4. Third party Discords, Github, and other programs/games are to not include the brand name of our server or act as official extensions of Kineticraft.
